The Kent Jaycees invite local organizations to request funding through our community impact grant. Portage County organizations can use this form to apply for an award of up to $3,000 annually.

 

Please review the following parameters to ensure a successful application:

• Organization must have a presence in Portage County, and funding must directly benefit the Portage County community

• Not-for-profit organizations will be prioritized

• Funds are not to be used for employee salaries, an organization’s operation expenses, or an individual person

• Funds are not to be used for political or religious causes

Additional information about the application and selection process:

• The application form will be open from May 1-August 31 for 2026 and winners will be notified by November 1, 2026.

• Following award of the grant, winners must demonstrate use of the funds (pictures, narrative, etc acceptable)
